This Giving Tuesday support our RJ’s Place grant program!
You can help us provide assistive technology to children with autism. Through the use of specially designed apps, these children communicate with their families, friends and teachers. They learn social skills and find their place in society. Your support will furnish computers and software for use in vocational training of teens and young adults who have aged out of traditional programs provided by their school or clinic.
Without adequate support, an autism diagnosis has a negative impact on a family’s financial, economic, and social well being.
The siblings of children with autism often sit for long hours in hospitals and clinics foregoing homework or social interaction while their brother or sister receives therapy. An RJ’s Place grant provides access to a tablet or computer for homework, an area for relaxation, and a welcoming environment for all members of the family.
$88 donation = 1 tablet with autism apps
Donate $88 or more and Holly Robinson Peete will personally phone you to express her thanks for your support!
