    I watched this show for the first time last night and I learned something I never knew. TSA has a blue card that you can discreetly hand to them in regards to your child having a medical disability. I went and printed it today for my 10 year old daughter who was recently diagnosed Aspergers. It was one of the best days of my life because for the first time I realized I wasn’t the bad parent I thought I was and we are getting her the help she needs.

    Love this show. Although Holly and I look nothing alike, we are women with children and husbands and a desire for a creative life. I’ve been a Mental Health RN for more than 30 years and worked with an autism specialist for several years. I love how this show represents a family first, individual kids next and RJ with autism is as unique as his sister and brothers. We all have challenges. This show lets me feel the love and it’s a joy.
